Meet Tiffany Youngquist, ND
Hi, I’m Dr. Tiffany Youngquist, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor. I was drawn to naturopathic medicine because of its core philosophy that the body has the ability to heal if given the right support.
As a former researcher, I have an aptitude for big-picture thinking and the drive to get to the root of your health concerns so we can create a targeted approach together. I believe that healthcare is most effective when it empowers people with knowledge and the tools to actively participate in their healing. I see my role as both a physician and an educator: helping patients understand what is happening in their bodies, why I am recommending a particular approach, and what they can do to support their own health.
During my medical training at Bastyr University, I completed a Certificate in Pediatrics, and I have pursued additional training and mentorship in chronic illness and autoimmune disease. I especially enjoy working with complex health concerns where finding the right path forward requires looking at the bigger picture and taking the time to understand the individual behind the symptoms.
I look forward to working with patients of all ages and at all stages of life. Whether you are looking to establish a strong foundation for lifelong health, address a specific concern, or navigate a complex or chronic condition, my goal is to meet you where you are and develop an individualized plan that feels both thoughtful and achievable.
I believe that health is not simply the absence of disease—it is having the energy, resilience, and freedom to participate fully in the life you want to live.
